Shipping Policy

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Shipping fee: - it depends on the weight of your package and destination.

- Orders over $100: Shipping fee is free


WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

-  All items in the store may take 5 business days to process for printing, packaging and labeling.  

- All items will be shipped by express shipment. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we only can offer an estimation for about 10-20 days of the shipping time for US orders.

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 days processing time.

* For orders from countries, the estimation for shipping time is about 3-4 weeks.

*In case of pending payment, All Paypal pending need 10 days for verifying and process.Once your payment is processed and marked as paid, we will start the process of your order


DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email that contains your tracking information within 3-6 days. Within the next 3 days, once your item is completely manufactured, packed and labelled, it will be shipped to you promptly. If you don’t receive the tracking information after 6 days from purchasing date, please contact us.


MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For a shipping company, it takes 7-10 business days for the tracking information to be updated into the online system. If there is still no information on your tracking code within 10 days since you receive it, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

* We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. 

* If the order arrives at your country and...

- The customer refuses to accept the package

- The customer refuses to accept the package

We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.

* Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address. If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
